Casagrande was born in Soncino, a small medieval village in northern Italy, on June 20, 1973. He formed his first musical trio, “Castigo”. With them he recorded a demo of three songs. He joined the death metal band “Aphelion”. In 1999 his album, No Sex, No Drugs, No Rock ‘n’ Roll, received positive reviews from Metal Hammer.In 2010, via Facebook, he reconnected with some former members of Aphelion who had done so in the meantime a decent music career. This led to the idea of creating another solo musical work.In 2013 he released his EP “Old School”. in 2018, he released two new songs, “Theories” and “Gangstalker”.After the end of the COVID-19 pandemic, he continued to make music, released his LP “Casagrande” through Soman Records in 2020 and created two more songs, “Mollami”, sung in Italian, with all the music playing, and “Suicide Waltz” has just been released, with the collaboration of internationally acclaimed musicians.
