UK Extreme Metal collective OUTERGODS, has unleashed its new album, “Dethroned & Devoured”, on June 13th, 2025, through Apocalyptic Witchcraft. Merging Blackened Death Metal with chaotic Industrial textures, the band delivers a record as suffocating as it is exhilarating. Ahead of the album’s release, the band has already dropped the single, “Cosmic Abomination“.
OUTERDOGS formed their identity by embracing sonic extremity. “Dethroned & Devoured” stands as a brutal statement of that vision: dissonant riffs, relentless drumming, and guttural vocals shaped into an oppressive and menacing soundscape. The band builds a dense and abrasive atmosphere, channeling themes of chaos, madness, and decay. This is music that confronts the listener head-on, refusing to compromise.
The album was written by Nathe Sinfield and Patrick MacDonald, produced and mixed by Sinfield, and mastered by Jaime Gomez Arellano. Special collaborations add further layers to the record: guest vocals by Chad Kapper on “Sprawling Chaos”, lead guitar by Rune Stigart on “Phantasm”, and additional contributions by Anna Maria Rose on “Origin” and “Celestial Heretic”.
