Hectic Records

Hectic Records is an underground San Francisco Bay Area label specializing in thrash and death metal. Originally founded in 1995, it released the first two CDs of Old Grandad before going quiet, then reactivated in 2021 to begin issuing vinyl for Bay Area metal bands. The label is known for its DIY spirit and focus on physical releases—vinyl LPs, CDs, and cassette tapes—sold through its own website and Bandcamp.
