DAY 1, FRIDAY AUGUST 29TH 2025
The first day of the festival will be opened by Never Of The Drinks from Agrinio. They are a female fronted band of experienced musicians who play covers from the ROCK/HARD ROCK/METAL genre while they are waiting to present their own original material. Maybe we will be lucky and hear some of that material at this festival.
Then CONVIXION takes the stage. Convixion, ( Convixion (Official) ), was founted somewhere in 2006 in Athens and for almost two decades now they have been offering hot and fast Heavy Metal with their own terms and rules.
Most of the years of their existence they have participated extremely actively in many concerts / festivals in Greece and Europe. Recently they have been preparing their new, third album, reverently honoring their Heavy Metal roots and
at the same time trying to take the best next step with this release. We have a big expectation to hear some
new material from them.
The attack continues and it’s time to hit the stage a band from our neighboring Italy, the lords of European Heavy/Power/Epic Metal, ladies and gentlemen Domine.
With a great discography and influencing a multitude of bands of this genre, they come to Agrinio to do what they
know best: a great live performance for the audience of the Metal Union Festival.

And the night ends with festival’s day1 headliners ,behold the living legends of the New Wave Of British Heavy Metal, Tygers Of Pan Tang. With 13 studio albums, 10 compilation albums and 6 live albums to their credit, their leader Robb Weir, has created a new version of the band, surpassing its great old musicians, manage to play the old material but at
the same time write songs that represent these “new” Tygers.
With the backbone of the band Craig Ellis on drums, along with Jack Meille on vocals they have now been together for much longer than the first Tygers and with them Francesco Marras on guitar and Huw Holding on bass. Don’t forget that Tygers Of Pan Tang are one of the founders of the
New Wave Of British Heavy Metal, such a powerful force in music, having influenced such metal giants as Metallica and Megadeth! Metal union Festival welcomes the great Tygers Of Pan Tang and all you metal fans out there!!!
DAY 2, SATURDAY AUGUST 30TH 2025
The second day of the awesome METAL UNION FESTIVAL starts with Burning Skulls. Burning Skulls is a three-member metal
band from Karpenisi Greece that expresses its anger towards society through its music.
They have clear influences from thrash metal and hardcore punk.
Last year, it took the help of the weather to prevent them from taking the stage at the Metal Union Festival.
This year, even that won’t be enough to stop them. With their second album completed by the summer, the “buddies from Karpenisi” are coming to grace the Metal Union Festival stage with an epic payback.
The continuation is expected to be very strong as SPIDER KICKERS take to the stage. The band started in 1986 and with 40 years of experience in the field of thrash/death metal, Kickers is one of the oldest Greek bands, pioneers not only in Greece but also in Europe, opening the borders for hundreds of bands that would follow in the future.
After the difficult but golden era of demo-cassettes, they managed to make 7 Full-length albums,
having released their last album in 2024.

A breath of fresh air blows as Khirki take the stage. They are a Greek metal trio from Athens. Their name comes from the legendary sorceress Circe (pronounced [kí rkɛː]) from Homer’s Odyssey.
For their signature sound, the band combines metal- based riffs with heavy rock, and have released 2 studio albums.
Since their inception, the band has built a strong reputation on the scene, playing alongside heavyweights such as Fu Manchu, Rotting Christ and Villagers of Ioannina City, and touring continuously in Greece and Europe.
The festival audience is particularly happy, as our beloved InnerWish are performing before them !!!! From 1995 to
today, the band from Athens has managed to be one of the leading Greek metal bands but at the same time they have
managed to establish themselves as a respectable band in the entire European metal scene. So, on Saturday, August 30, 2025, they will generously offer us material from their rich discography, while promoting their new work “Ash Of Eternal Flame” which was released in 2024. Heavy Metal to the bone.
The evening and the festival closes with the awesome 1000mods. 1000mods are the Greek giant machine of the global heavy rock/hard scene, known for their thunderous riffs, energetic live performances and raw authenticity.
Since their birth two decades ago, the band has become a true staple of the international rock scene thanks to their original compositions and hundreds of live performances around the world.
Formed in 2006, the band has released five albums and are known for their relentless touring schedule. 1000mods have performed hundreds of shows across Europe, the UK, the US, Australia and beyond.
They have delivered unforgettable sets at iconic festivals such as Hellfest, Resurrection Fest, Desertfest, Rockwave Festival, Freak Valley Festival and more, winning a global fan base with their heavy sound and wild live energy. 1000mods are ready to conquer the world of heavy rock and leave no prisoners behind, and you better be ready for it!
