Former NIGHTWISH Singer Announces 22-Date European Tour Celebrating “Dark Passion Play” and “Imaginaerum”.
Anette Olzon, one of the most recognizable voices in symphonic metal thanks to her years with NIGHTWISH, has announced her first-ever solo European tour. From late July through August 2026, she will perform in 22 cities across Europe, presenting a setlist focused primarily on “Dark Passion Play” and “Imaginaerum“—the two landmark albums she recorded with NIGHTWISH that defined an entire era for the band.
Athens is among the stops on the tour, with Anette Olzon set to perform at ARCH Club on Thursday, August 6, 2026.
Over the past decade, Anette has built a highly creative solo career, releasing the albums Shine (2014), Strong (2021), and Rapture (2024). At the same time, she co-founded THE DARK ELEMENT alongside guitarist Jani Liimatainen (formerly of SONATA ARCTICA) and STRATOVARIUS drummer Rolf Pilve, releasing The Dark Element (2017) and Songs the Night Sings (2019). She also teamed up with Russell Allen, vocalist of SYMPHONY X, for the critically acclaimed collaborations Worlds Apart (2020) and Army of Dreamers (2022).
Following her successful return to the live stage in late 2025 with a 10-show tour across South America, Anette is now preparing to reconnect with her European fans.
