Opening the concert will be ESOTERIC, the influential British band of the Funeral Doom Metal scene.

BLOOD INCANTATION are the fastest rising name in the field of contemporary Death Metal. The four-piece band from Denver, USA, with a total of four studio albums to their name, now sees their audience growing day by day, having won critical acclaim from the very beginning, with a sound they themselves describe as “70s Progressive Rock, played by a 90s Death Metal band that came from the future!”
With exponential growth, they expanded the forms of their cataclysmic debut, “Starspawn” (2016), which initially left the underground and later the entire metal scene stunned, as well as their next, now-classic record, “Hidden History Of The Human Race” (2019). Timewave Zero (2022), which followed, was their experimental-ambient “break,” of course showcasing just how unpredictable they are.
“Absolute Elsewhere”, released at the end of last year, changed everything! A triumph of limitless technique and inspiration, with frenetic riffs, blastbeats, and surprises lurking everywhere, it marries utter chaos with vision! At the top of every year-end list of the best albums, Blood Incantation seem to have created something impossible to resemble anything heard in recent years. A sonic and captivating milestone, which they describe as “the soundtrack to a Sci-Fi epic, directed by Werner Herzog, about the battle for human consciousness.”
The four musicians – Paul Riedl (vocals), Isaac Faulk (drums), Morris Kolontyrsky (guitar), Jeff Barrett (fretless bass) – are writing the new language of the Extreme Metal scene on their own terms. Perfecting their abilities, they boldly venture into territories that very few bands have dared to explore: “Get ready for a journey through the dimensions of space and time. We are simply asking the questions about the universe we live in.”

Representatives of the Funeral Doom Metal scene, they were formed in Birmingham in 1992, and for 30 years they have been pushing the boundaries of musical intensity with albums such as their early “Epistemological Despondency” and The “Pernicious Enigma”, up to The Maniacal Vale and Paragon of Dissonance.
