Japanese metalcore band CRYSTAL LAKE have announced the amicable departure of vocalist John Robert Centorrino. In a joint statement, the band cited the increasing difficulty of balancing international touring commitments with family responsibilities as the primary reason behind the decision, emphasizing that the split was mutual and made in the best interest of all involved.
Centorrino joined CRYSTAL LAKE in 2023, following his departure from THE LAST TEN SECONDS OF LIFE, taking over vocal duties after the exit of Ryo Kinoshita.
CRYSTAL LAKE will continue with all scheduled performances, employing “special guest vocalists” for all upcoming shows while they determine their next steps.
