Deathcore band MENTAL MAZE release their new EP, “Here Goes Nothing”. The EP takes the groove and hardcore elements of deathcore and pushes it to new levels of punishment. The band’s aggressive style fills the songs with savage rhythms, bloodthirsty vocals, and thunderous drums.
Israel’s MENTAL MAZE formed back in 2008 in Haifa City by childhood friends Raph and Sergey. After leaving a devastating trail of visceral live shows for a relentless number of years, the band took a long break. However, after a one-off jam, the band regrouped with new vocalist Nik and the band was reborn.
“Here Goes Nothing” leaves the ears battered and bruised but begging for the pain to be extended beyond the breaking point. The songs simmer with rage, a special kind of frustration and intensity that bubbles beneath the surface.
