EMPIRE OF DISEASE hail from Bilbao (Spain) and were formed in 2015 under the name NIGHTMARE WITHIN. In 2018, they adopted their current name and went on to release the EP “Silence is Violence” in 2019 and the album “With All My Hate” in 2021, establishing their reputation within the Spanish metal scene.

In 2023, the band signed with Xtreem Music for the release of their second album, “Shadows in the Abyss”, after which they toured extensively throughout Spain and Europe. In 2025, EMPIRE OF DISEASE returned to the studio to record their new album, “While Everything Collapses”, once again to be released by Xtreem Music. This upcoming record is sure to please fans of bands such as THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER and similar acts.
