On February 19th 2027, heavy/power metal masters FIREWIND will return with their next full length album entitled “Myths, Gods & Titans”. They also released the first single “The Legend Of Achilles”.
Gus G. stated:
“We’ve wanted to make a concept album about Greek mythology for a long time, and finally we got around to it. It’s been two years in the making, and our goal was to create the most epic album in the history of the band. Adding cinematic and orchestral elements to our classic metal sound gave a whole new layer, enhancing the style of Firewind”.
“Each track is a gate to a different myth. We went all in with the visual side as well and worked with Felipe Machado who created unique artworks for every song. These are tales of power, glory, tragedy, and defiance”, he added. “Today we give you the first single and it’s about Achilles – one of the mightiest warrior legends to ever walk the earth.
