GOJIRA streams live in-studio set celebrating 20 years of “From Mars To Sirius”

GRAMMY Award-winning progressive French metal outfit GOJIRA have newly released a three-song set celebrating 20 years of their third full-length album, “From Mars To Sirius“. This in-studio performance was filmed at Silver Cord Studio in Brooklyn, NY, which is owned and overseen by GOJIRA frontman Joe Duplantier.

Joe also produced this session, which was filmed by Errick Easterday (Sanguisugabogg, Bodysnatcher). Tracks performed from that album, which turned 20 on September 27th, included “Ocean Planet“, “From The Sky” and “Where Dragons Dwell“.

At this year’s Bloodstock Open Air festival in the UK, GOJIRA drummer Mario Duplantier confirmed that the band’s long-awaited new album will finally arrive in 2026. The follow-up to 2021’s “Fortitude” has been in the works for several years, with recording sessions already underway.
