HANABIE. have shared a brilliantly chaotic new single “Karu Garu Everyday!!”, the theme song to TV anime “Araiguma Calcal-dan”. The latest track from the Harajuku-core trailblazers, it dials into their signature Hardcore sound with singer Yukina’s catchy vocals.
Speaking on the new single, Yukina has said: “Listening to the track post-recording, I found the song to be a blend of cuteness, emotional vibes, and surrealness… it made us all laugh with its perfect chaos and being packed with all kinds of emotions! The TV anime has a fun and laid-back vibe, making the tie-in fit perfectly! I hope it becomes a motivational anthem for our fans, giving everyone the energy to tackle each day! Go, go!”

HANABIE. is a Tokyo-based all-girl rock band that has been making waves since 2015, when Yukina, Matsuri, and Hettsu came together for a high school club activity. With the addition of Chika in May 2023, the band has evolved into a force to be reckoned with.
Don’t be fooled by their cute, girlish image – their sound is a hard-hitting blend of powerful shouts, heavy riffs, and unique Japanese flair, capturing fans at home and abroad. Their hit single “Pardon Me, I Have To Go Now” has amassed over 9.4 million views on YouTube and 5.1 million views on TikTok.
They made their major debut in July 2023 under Epic Records Japan, and just six months after, have successfully completed a world tour with 45 performances across 17 countries. In 2024, they continued to perform internationally, and in August, they made history as the first Japanese women to perform on the main stage at Lollapalooza in Chicago, USA. With a rapidly growing international following, HANABIE. is actively expanding their presence and making a bold statement on the global stage.
Earlier this year, the band announced their headline UK tour taking place this autumn. Take a look at the full list of dates below, and visit the band’s website for ticket info.
