Iron Maiden: “Seventh Son of a Seventh Son” this day, 37 years ago! 11/04/1988

This today, 37 years ago, the release of the seventh album “Seventh Son of a Seventh Son” by the Gods Iron Maiden.

The album barely differentiated from its predecessors, with touches of progressive, rock and heavy riffs, showing that Iron Maiden had the mood to experiment but also to maintain their sound in all of this, with central themes, mysticism and all this enclosing them with the voice of Bruce Dickinson, make the album special. Amazing… At least that’s what it proved along the way.

Another point of reference for this album, that it is the last album with our favorite guitarist Adrian Smith. Of course he returned somewhere in 98′-99′ and his participation afterwards, in the album Brave New World in 2000!

Every time I listen to their album, the amazing thing is that it continues to fascinate me, the same feelings as then, not in 1988, I was a kid then, hahahahah… Of course, a little later.

UP THE IRONS!!!
