Germans PARASITE INC. reveal their cover of “Homeland”, the first single from the Reaper Entertainment’s upcoming tribute sampler “A Tribute To The Reaper”. Going back to the roots of CHILDREN OF BODOM, “Homeland” originally comes from Alexi Laiho’s pre-Bodom project INEARTHED. The band bring their own melodic death metal energy to this hidden gem, giving it a fresh and powerful twist.
“We grew up with the music of CHILDREN OF BODOM and it has accompanied us over the years – so it only felt natural to contribute a track,” says the band. “With “Homeland”, we deliberately chose a song that many may have never heard before. We are excited to revive this piece of melodic death metal history – and to present it in our own PARASITE INC. version.”
