SOEN are set to return to Athens on Wednesday, March 24, 2027, at the Floyd Live Music Venue. The acclaimed Swedish band, widely regarded as one of the leading forces in modern progressive metal, will perform their biggest show in Greece to date, in what promises to be a major celebration for fans of the genre.

The special guests for the evening will be announced soon.

Ticket sales begin on Saturday, July 6, at 12:00 PM, with a limited number of tickets available at the introductory price of €37. Additional ticket phases and pricing will be announced in due course.

The idea for SOEN was born in 2004, but it was not until 2010 that the band was officially formed. Since the release of their debut album, “Cognitive” (2012), which defied easy categorization and genre boundaries, former Opeth drummer Martin Lopez and vocalist Joel Ekelöf have guided the band toward creating a distinct identity, establishing SOEN as one of the most exciting acts in contemporary metal.

Their music balances the intensity of progressive metal, the atmosphere of post-rock, and a profound melodic depth, resulting in a sound that is instantly recognizable and uniquely their own.

Seven albums later, with standout releases such as “Lotus”, “Imperial”, “Atlantis”, and this year’s “Reliance”, SOEN continue to expand their audience and evolve artistically. At the same time, they deliver a live experience that is both powerful and immersive, combining technical excellence with rare emotional expression.

The Swedish band succeeds in bringing to the stage, with remarkable precision, all the power and detail that characterize their studio recordings. Their performances are overwhelming and captivating, placing emotion at the forefront while moments of musical transcendence unfold one after another, guided by the distinctive voice of Joel Ekelöf.
