London, UK based sludge metal ensemble URNE has launched a Richard Oakes-directed music video for “Be Not Dismayed”, the newest single off their upcoming third studio album “Setting Fire To The Sky”.
Produced by SikTh co-vocalist Justin Hill, mixed by Johann Meyer (Silvercord Studio), mastered by Tony Lindstrom at Fascination Street Studio and scheduled for release on January 30th 2026 via Spinefarm, “Setting Fire To The Sky” whips up a firestorm of grit, swagger and grandiosity.
The announcement is paired with the release of new single, “Be Not Dismayed” which is in part an invitation for younger fans not to be intimidated by the big blokes, battle jackets and patches crowding around them at gigs and festivals.
“I wrote the lyrics to ‘Be Not Dismayed’ after spending a few summers playing some of the best metal festivals around and seeing the buzz that fans would have by being there,” explains Nally. “On people’s faces, you could see they were experiencing pure elation, and I guess it took me back to that feeling I used to have going to shows. I clearly remember the feeling I had when I went to see Slayer for the first time at the London Astoria. I went through it all. In the end, it was the moment that set me on a path to where I am now.”
