Two days ago (on July 15th) AMON AMARTH released a teaser video for thein new single. Today, the time came for the official release of their single “We Rule The Waves”. You may find all the available info about the song in HOME | WE RULE THE WAVES.

The video was directed by Pavel Trebukhin and produced wuth the help of Grammy nominated producer and mix engineer Jacob Hansen (VOLBEAT, ARCH ENEMY, THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER, KATATONIA). it is the first new material after their latest full length album, “The Great Heathen Army” in 2022. This song is a war cry worthy of gods with unstoppable galloping riffs, wave splitting melodies and Viking cry.

The video was shot in Riga, Latvia and is a tribute to the spirit of freedom, brotherhood and the will to conquer. As the band mentiones, it is about standing tll with your clan, facing the storm head-on and carving your mark into the world like a Viking longship through blackened seas.

In conjuction with this epic new song, the band have also announced the release of limited edition special merchandise available from their merch store.

AMON AMARTH are currently teaming with PANTERA for a lengthy tour that started in July 15th in Pennsylvania and will end September 13th in Florida.
