BLACKBRAID will independently release a new three-track EP, titled “Nocturnal Womb” this Friday, March 6th. The Indigenous solo black metal project also premiered the lead single “Celestial Bloodlust” along with a live performance video shot.

According to BLACKBRAID, “Nocturnal Womb” and “Celestial Bloodlust” were the tracks too dark and visceral to fit the story of “Blackbraid III”. They exist on their own outside of the album trilogy via a standalone EP, which also contains an acoustic instrumental rendition of “Barefoot Ghost Dance on Blood Soaked Soil”, a track from BLACKBRAID’s earlier work.

The video was shot by Moshmallows at a recent show in Stockholm’s Kollektivet Livet Bar & Scen.
