Chicago progressive metal band Dissona has unveiled a visualizer for “Incisor,” serving as the third single from the forthcoming “Receptor” album..
“Incisor” marks the third single from their upcoming album, after “Weaponized” and the title track, with all three available to preview on all streaming services. The album marks the third full-length studio effort from Dissona after 2016’s “Paleopneumatic” and the 2012 self-titled debut. “Receptor” is due to be released on October 1 via Earache Distribution, with pre-orders available on Bandcamp in digital and CD formats; the CD includes a 12-page hand-drawn art booklet designed by Dubenic, and two bonus tracks that will be “unavailable digitally anywhere, ever.”
DISSONA were formed in 2005, called THE VISION until 2009 that they took their present name. Along the way, they’ve shared stages with prog and metal heavyweights including SYMPHONY X, OPETH, DARK TRANQUILITY, FATES WARNING, CYNIC and PERSEFONE.
