Musically, Unredeemer draw inspiration from classic death metal bands such as Death, Morbid Angel, Carcass, and Slayer, with a healthy dose of modern thrash/death metal influences like Decapitated, Cattle Decapitation, Amon Amarth, and DevilDriver.

So far, the band has released one EP in 2020 titled 4-19-23, and one full-length album, Word Become Flesh, which came out in 2022.
On July 18, 2025, the band released their new single Shame, followed by Pity on September 26, 2025.

Pity contemplates the sorrow embedded in nostalgia.
It speaks of the hidden cost of joy — the pain of remembrance, the wound of beauty once experienced.
The lyrics suggest that to feel deeply is to suffer deeply — yet this suffering is not a flaw, but a sign that one has truly lived.

The song condemns those who isolate themselves from joy out of fear of its inevitable consequences, portraying them as lost souls, blind to the divine presence hidden within pain.

Through mythic imagery and a sense of spiritual reckoning, Pity portrays pain as sacred — a necessary consequence of ecstasy, and perhaps even its proof.

Musically, Pity continues the darker turn begun with Shame, both lyrically and sonically.
Shifting from high-pitched screams to guttural, almost spoken passages, and ending in anguished wails, the vocal and instrumental delivery mirrors the lyrical theme perfectly.
