Beneath the chaos, however, something else takes hold — a heavy, relentless pulse, the gravity of a future already in motion. We are offered everything we ever wanted. But what is the price we have to pay?
Built around intense guitar work and dense, cinematic arrangements, the track captures a world standing at the dawn of a technology it does not yet understand — and cannot look away from.
The single is part of the narrative arc of “Dreaming In Binary”, a ten-track concept album that follows humanity’s journey through the rise of artificial intelligence — from those early, uneasy beginnings to the awakening of AI and beyond. Blending symphonic, progressive and power metal into immersive sonic landscapes, VISIONS OF MORPHEUS explore dreams, technology and what it means to be human in an increasingly digital age.
Inspired by Morpheus, the Greek god of dreams, the Ontario-based band, located near Toronto, creates music that moves through realms of wonder, terror and fantasy — blurring the line between day and dream.
