ABBATH steps off a live show after only two minutes

ABBATH, the project led by former IMMORTAL frontman Abbath, abruptly ended its performance at Finland’s SaariHelvetti Festival on August 14, just two minutes into the set.

After starting with “To War!”, Abbath threw his guitar onto the stage and walked off. Drummer Ukri Suvilehto told the audience that the singer was dealing with health problems, while festival organizers later confirmed that the show was cancelled for the same reason.

In November 2019, ABBATH played a disastrous two-song show in Buenos Aires, with fans reportedly requesting refunds. Abbath appeared intoxicated, and Ole André Farstad reportedly left the concert after an argument with Abbath.

ABBATH are currently touring in support of their latest album, “Dread Reaver”, released in 2022 via Season Of Mist.
