MOONSPELL return to Athens and Thessaloniki in March 2027

MOONSPELL have announced the GOD IS A VAMPIRE TOUR, their most ambitious headline tour to date, which will also celebrate 35 years of darkness.

Following the release of “FAR FROM GOD”, an album that has received an extraordinary response from both critics and fans, MOONSPELL will take its darkness, atmosphere and intensity across the European continent.

The tour will take the band through Germany, France, Spain and the UK, as well as Scandinavia and Eastern Europe. The itinerary will also include Romania, Bulgaria, North Macedonia, Greece, Serbia and Croatia, before returning through Central Europe.

With this tour, MOONSPELL aim to go beyond the usual stops and reach places where their fans have been waiting for them, bringing their audience together for a truly special experience.

For the GOD IS A VAMPIRE TOUR, the band are preparing a special production featuring a new stage design, powerful lighting, immersive video and massive sound, transforming “FAR FROM GOD” into an experience rather than simply a concert.

Thirty-five years of MOONSPELL have brought the band to this point, and they are now entering another chapter in their career.

MOONSPELL will not be travelling alone. Joining them on the GOD IS A VAMPIRE TOUR will be IOTUNN, the progressive metal force from Denmark and the Faroe Islands, and TODOMAL, Spain’s extraordinary atmospheric doom metal outfit.

Three different visions of heavy music. One European tour. One pack.

In Greece, they will perform on March 30 at Principal in Thessaloniki and on March 31 at Gagarin 205 in Athens. Tickets go on sale today, Monday, October 5.
