17 Years Later, NEVERMORE Return to Greece with the Liminal Spaces Tour!
The wait is finally over. 16 years after their split and 17 years after their last appearance in Greece, NEVERMORE return to Athens on May 24, 2027, at Gagarin 205.
There are songs that never truly leave you. “Believe in Nothing”, “The Heart Collector”, “This Godless Endeavor”, “The River Dragon Has Come” and so many more. For NEVERMORE fans, the chance to hear these songs performed live once again is something they have been waiting for a long time.
In 2026, that wait finally came to an end. From sold-out festivals to their recent shows supporting JUDAS PRIEST, NEVERMORE’s return to the European stages has been met with an impressive response, with crowds singing along to every lyric and voices coming together on songs that many believed they would never hear performed live again.
Born out of the evolution of Sanctuary, NEVERMORE forged a sound defined by technical precision, an adventurous songwriting approach and emotional intensity. From their self-titled debut in 1995 to landmark releases such as Dead Heart in a Dead World and This Godless Endeavor, NEVERMORE built a worldwide following and established themselves as one of the most distinctive voices in modern metal.
That legacy now continues under the leadership of guitarist Jeff Loomis and drummer Van Williams, alongside guitarist Jack Cattoi, bassist Semir Özerkan and vocalist Berzan Önen. New material is already taking shape for an album scheduled for release in early 2027. The Liminal Spaces Tour will showcase key moments from across their discography, as well as their new material.
