Genre-blending heavyweights The Plot In You have today announced ‘The Plot In You’, a full-length culmination that unifies that band’s preceding four EP installments into one complete collection, set for release on Friday, July 10 (via Fearless Records).
Having already amassed a staggering 360 million global streams and counting, the collection highlights the quartet’s intentional progression and artistic vision that have been steadily revealed over time, demarcating a full era of the band’s evolution and introduced as a singular, expansive body of work.
The announcement arrives alongside the release of the band’s latest rager “You Get One” and the official music video. When asked about the inspiration of the track, vocalist Landon Tewers commented: “A meditation on current society. Up is down, down is up. Nothing is what it seems we often forget what it means to be human.”

The Plot In You’s ‘Vol. 2’ EP is a powerful showcase of the band’s evolution, blending raw emotion with polished musicality, and stands as a testament to the band’s growth and artistic maturity, captivating listeners with its intense yet introspective narratives with tracks “Closure”, “Don’t Look Away”, and “All That I Can Give” further solidifying their place as one of the genre’s most compelling acts.

In the quartet’s latest offering and first release from ‘Vol. 4’, “You Get One” comes out of the gates swinging with existential fury. With haunting, glitchy electronics, a driving rhythm, and vocals that fluctuate from eerily digitalized murmurs to in-your-face screams, the track serves as an observation on the counterintuitive nature of current society, and the expanse between being a human versus what it means to be human.
