MOTHER OF MILLIONS, one of Europe’s leading progressive metal bands, are set to return to the Greek stage shortly after the release of their fifth studio album, “T”, due out on September 11, 2026 via ViciSolum Productions. The album is an ambitious concept work centered on war and its human consequences, exploring not only conflict itself but also loss, fear, resilience, and the search for hope amidst humanity’s darkest moments.
Since the release of their debut album “Human” in 2014, followed by the critically acclaimed “Sigma”, “Artifacts”, the emotionally charged “Orbit” EP, and the highly successful “Magna Mater” (2024), MOTHER OF MILLIONS have established themselves as one of the most distinctive acts in the modern progressive metal scene. Their cinematic songwriting, exceptional musicianship, and emotionally powerful live performances have taken them across Europe, sharing the stage with renowned artists such as Opeth, Leprous, Pain of Salvation, Riverside, and Devin Townsend.
The band will perform in Athens on November 14 at Arch Club, followed by a show in Thessaloniki on December 5 at Eightball.
Joining them on both dates are UNIVERSE217, one of the most unique and influential names in the Greek experimental doom scene. With four full-length albums, two EPs, and a live DVD under their belt, the band returns with brand-new material from their upcoming album “Ominous”, scheduled for release in the autumn of 2026.
Blending crushing heavy riffs, immersive ambient textures, and Tania’s unmistakable vocals, UNIVERSE217 have forged a truly distinctive sound that has earned them performances alongside acclaimed acts such as Neurosis, Amenra, Anathema, and OM, while cementing their reputation as one of Greece’s finest live bands.
Two of the most important forces in contemporary Greek heavy music come together for two exclusive evenings, delivering a performance of exceptional artistry, intensity, and emotional depth.
The concerts will be opened by DEEP DIVE in Athens and ALTAR OF THE STAG in Thessaloniki.
