Megaforce Records is an independent American label founded in 1982 by Jon and Marsha Zazula. Best known for launching Metallica’s debut album, the label also worked with major metal acts like Anthrax, Testament, and Overkill. Focused on thrash, heavy metal, hard rock, and punk, it is currently distributed by The Orchard (Sony Music).
