Australia’s SECULAR have just dropped their new single “Pull the Stitches” (out December 18, 2025, self-released / digital). Lyrically it leans into self-loathing, but delivered in a way that feels cathartic, not miserable: more release than resignation.

There’s also a proper nod to old-school guitar heroes, with Andy tearing into a classic-style solo that cuts straight through the aggression. If you like your metal loud, sweaty and built for the pit, this one’s made for horns up.
